Parking is available on site at the rear of the premise, which can be accessed through the direct entrance off Payneham Road, or alternatively it can be accessed through a laneway entrance off Lambert Road.

Making an appointment
You will be required to obtain a referral from your general practitioner and arrange to have it sent through to our clinic, as all referrals are reviewed prior to an appointment being made. Once the referral has been reviewed and triaged for matter of urgency, one of our friendly administration staff will be in contact with you.
In some insurance situations, our clinic will need to get in contact with your claims agent before an appointment can be made.
A general practitioner referral lasts for up to 12 months, and a specialist referral lasts 3 months.
Please notify us of any changes to your contact details as we send reminder text messages the day before your appointment.
What to bring
Prior to your initial appointment, we will send you a “new patient information pack”. This will include an A5 history booklet, a general information form and an outcome measure questionnaire. Please fill these out the best that you can and bring them along to your appointment time.
If you have any other relevant documentation, including radiology results, previous doctor reports, and legal/insurance reports, please bring them along to your appointment.
